Avocado boats with turmeric and chickpeas

  • 100 g Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 3 avocados
  • 100 g (vegan) crème fraiche
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 150 g chickpeas
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • (parsley)


  1. Prepare chickpeas according to the package's instructions.
  2. Season Pulled Oats® with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan over medium heat in oil. Let it cool.
  3. Mix crème fraiche with tahini. Then mix all ingredients well together in a bowl except for the avocados.
  4. Cut the avocados in half, remove stones and fill with Pulled Oats mixture.
