- 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude or Tomato
- Salt & pepper
Choose your favorite vegetables for the grill, for example
- Bell pepper
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing them, if needed, and placed them in a bowl. Add in the oil, salt and other seasonings if you like. If you are cooking with aluminum foil add the Pulled Oats® in the bowl and mix together with the vegetables. Place the vegetables and Pulled Oats® in the foil and close it. Grill on both sides for about 7 minutes.
- If you’re grilling without foil, prepare the veggies on the grill and pan-fry Pulled Oats®.
- Serve together or in separate dishes.
As extra, buy or prepare a tzatziki dip to go with the grilled goods.
