Mediterranean Burger

Mediterranean tastes give variation to an ordinary burger recipe. Instead of ketchup try a yogurt based sauce and replace the burger cheese with feta cheese.

  • 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude
  • Olive oil
  • 1 egg (optional w/o add ½ dl water and 1 tbsp chia seeds)
  • 1 pack dry onion soup
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 1 dl barbecue sauce
  • 200 g feta (vegan)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Crispy lettuce leaves
  • 1 dl Greek yoghurt (vegan)
  • ½ dl mayonnaise (vegan)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt


  1. In a bowl mix Pulled Oats®, egg, dry onion soup, bread crumbs, bbq-sauce and olive oil. Add crumbled feta and mix well with your hands until it is like a dough.
  2. Make 4 paddies. Fry for 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
  3. Dice cucumber and fresh mint. Mix with yoghurt, mayonnaise, lime juice and salt.
  4. Dice red onion, tomatoes and lettuce leaves. In pan or oven warm up burger buns.
  5. Build the burger. Serve with salad or fries.
