stir-fried noodles

A wok is a quick and easy way to cook tasty everyday food that can be varied according to the ingredients in your fridge. Experiment with coconut oil for frying or adding roasted sesame oil to a wok for extra flavour.



  • 240 g of Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 3 cm fresh ginger
  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 Lime
  • A bunch of coriander
  • ½ napa cabbage
  • Box of shiitake mushrooms
  • 120 g cashew nuts
  • Fish sauce or salt
  • Oil for frying


  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Finely chop the ginger, chili and coriander and grate the lime zest. Cut the napa cabbage into large strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the ginger, Pulled Oats® and cashew nuts. Fry for 2 minutes. Add the noodles, whole shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage, chili and part of the coriander. Season with fish sauce or salt.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander and lime wedges.
