BBQ Pulled Oats Burger With Kimchi Slaw and Sweet potato fries

Ingredients

  • 10 Pulled Oats® Veggie Burger
  • 5 tbsp. rapeseed oil (or similar)
  • 10 hamburger buns
  • 200 g Santa Maria American BBQ
  • Sauce Hickory
  • 1 head of lettuce (picked and washed)
  • 150 g tomato (sliced)
  • 100 g yellow onion (sliced)
  • 50 g vegan mayonnaise
  • 800 g sweet potato fries
  • Santa Maria French Fries Seasoning
KIMCHI SLAW
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage (shredded)
  • 150 g carrot (shredded)
  • 50 g fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 20 g Santa Maria Kimchi Spice Mix

Instructions

  1. To make the kimchi-slaw, mix together all vegetables and mix them with the Kimchi spice mix. Squeeze the liquid out and put aside until serving.
  2. Sear the burgers on high heat until both sides are nicely browned.
  3. Fry or toast the burger buns, spread the bottom and top half of each bread with mayo.
  4. Add one lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bread. Add the veggie burger on top, then onion, tomato, kimchi-slaw, BBQ sauce, and the top bread. Serve with a side of sweet potato fries and season with french fries seasoning.
