A Pulled Oats® version of the social media hit. A delicious combination of sour cream, aromatic tomatoes and perky pickles.

  • 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 200 g crème fraiche
  • 50 g tomato puree
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Oil for frying
  • Barley or rice


  1. Dice the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Cook over a medium heat in oil for 3-5 minutes. Add the Pulled Oats®, chopped pickled cucumber and the rest of the ingredients, season and simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Serve with boiled barley or rice.
