- 2 lb Pulled Oats®
- 14 flatbreads
- 1.5 lb crumbled feta
- 1.5 lb Kalamata olives
- 2 sliced cucumbers
- 1.5 lb cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 lb tzatziki
- 4 heads chopped romaine salad
- 12 sliced radishes
- 8 tbs garlic and herb seasoning
- Mix cut tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and Kalamata olives with olive oil and pepper.
- Fry Pulled Oats® with spice blend and oil for 2-3 min.
- Grill flatbread.
- On grilled flatbread build Gyros with salad, salad mix, crumbled feta, Pulled Oats® and top with tzatziki and fresh mint.
