Ingredients

  • 2 lb Pulled Oats®
  • 14 flatbreads
  • 1.5 lb crumbled feta
  • 1.5 lb Kalamata olives
  • 2 sliced cucumbers
  • 1.5 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 lb tzatziki
  • 4 heads chopped romaine salad
  • 12 sliced radishes
  • 8 tbs garlic and herb seasoning

Instructions

Preparations:
  1. Mix cut tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and Kalamata olives with olive oil and pepper.
  2. Fry Pulled Oats® with spice blend and oil for 2-3 min.
  3. Grill flatbread.
Serving:
  1. On grilled flatbread build Gyros with salad, salad mix, crumbled feta, Pulled Oats® and top with tzatziki and fresh mint.
