Spring vegetable Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 12 cauliflower pizza crusts
  • 2 lb ready made pizza sauce
  • 1.5 lb trimmed and blanched broccolini
  • 1 lb green peas
  • 1 lb halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lb red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 lb grated cheese
  • 4 zest of 4 oranges
  • 10 tsp dry oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread sauce evenly on pizza bases, followed by orange zest and cheese.
  3. Top with Pulled Oats®, broccolini, red onions, cherry tomatoes, peas and oregano.
  4. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
