Spring vegetable Flatbread
Ingredients
- 2 lb Pulled Oats® Nude
- 12 cauliflower pizza crusts
- 2 lb ready made pizza sauce
- 1.5 lb trimmed and blanched broccolini
- 1 lb green peas
- 1 lb halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb red onion thinly sliced
- 2 lb grated cheese
- 4 zest of 4 oranges
- 10 tsp dry oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Spread sauce evenly on pizza bases, followed by orange zest and cheese.
- Top with Pulled Oats®, broccolini, red onions, cherry tomatoes, peas and oregano.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
