How to succeed in Cooking with pulled oats®

Pan Frying instructions

  • Prepare your favourite marinade in a bowl (see examples below)
  • Mix a 240 g package of Pulled Oats® Nude with the marinade
  • Pan fry on a medium heat for 5-6 min

Roasting instructions

  • Sprinkle a package of Pulled Oats® Nude on an oven tray
  • Roast 4 min at 170̊C
  • Mix spices (see spicing examples below) to Pulled Oats® Nude
  • Roast for a further 5 min at 170 ̊C.

Basics about handling the product

  • Store in a freezer -18ºC or below
  • Defrost in refrigerator, do not refreeze
  • Store in refrigerator after defrosting
    (+2 – +8°C), use within 3 days
