Seasoning Pulled Oats®

Marinating Pulled Oats®

Frying Pulled Oats®

1. Season Pulled Oats® with oil and spices. You can also marinate Pulled Oats® with your favorite homemade marinade.
2. Pan fry on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Roasting Pulled Oats® in the oven

1. Spread Pulled Oats® on an oven tray.
2. Roast in the oven at 170 ̊C for 4 minutes
3. Season Pulled Oats® with your favorite seasoning.
4. Continue roasting Pulled Oats® in the oven at 170 ̊C for another 5 minutes.

  • Store in the refrigerator (+2–+8°C) until the best before date.
  • Store in the freezer in an air-tight container for 6 months.
  • Defrost in refrigerator, do not refreeze.
