Avocado boats with turmeric and chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 100 g Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 3 avocados
  • 150 g chickpeas
  • ½ tbsp turmeric
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g crème fraiche
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp lemon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for the avocados.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove stones and fill with mixture.
