Baked sweet potatoes with DeliOats

Delikaura bataatit

Ingredients

  • 125 g Delioats Chili-Ginger
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 40 ml mayo
  • 50 ml créme fraiche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 200 C.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes in half. Lightly oil and salt.
  3. Bake in oven for 30-40 min. until the sweet potatoes are cooked all the way through.
  4. In a pan heat oil and fry garlic, rosemary and Delioats for 2 min. Take off heat and mix together with the rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the mix on top of the baked sweet potatoes.
