Baked sweet potatoes with Deli Oats™

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Deli Oats™ Smoke-BBQ
  • 20 sweet potatoes
  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 200 ml dark soya sauce
  • 4 tbs chopped rosemary
  • 20 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 500 g mayo
  • 600 g creme fraiche
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 200 C. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Lightly oil and salt. Bake in oven for 30-40 min. Until cooked all the way through.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry garlic, rosemary and deli kaura for 4-5 min. Take off heat and mix together with the rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve on top of baked sweet potatoes.
