BBQ Meat-Free Loaf

  • 0,400 kg Gold&Green® Protein Flake
  • 0,300 kg frozen diced onion (defrosted
  • 1,000 kg Santa Maria Chunky Salsa medium
  • 0,400 kg water
  • 0,300 kg Santa Maria Bourbon BBQ Sauce
  • 0,300 kg frozen onion cubes (defrosted)
  • 0,300 kg water


  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mix into Gn 1/1-65 dish and spread the mass evenly.
  2. Roast the loaf in an oven at 185°C for 20 minutes.
  1. Mix all the ingredients. Cook on medium heat for ca. 20 min.
  2. Pour the hot BBQ-glaze on top of the loaf. Keep on baking for another 20 minutes.
