In this recipe we used: Pulled Oats® Tomato 1,5 kg

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Pulled Oats® Tomato or Nude
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 kg chopped onions
  • 200 g celery stalk
  • 30 g oregano
  • 30 g basil
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 75 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 12 cloves of garlic
  • 350 g tomato paste
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 kg vegetable stock cubes
  • 300 g carrots
  • 2,5 kg Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 2,5 kg Spaghetti
  • 500 g Grated parmesan
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions. Sautéin oil with garlic, carrots and celery stalks.
  2. Season with bay leaves, oregano and basil.
  3. Mix in the Pulled Oats®, tomato paste, sugar and vegetable stock cubes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and split cherry tomatoes.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
  6. Serve with spaghetti, parmesan and fresh basil.
