Broccolini and orange Pulled Oats®

Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 2,5 kg broccolini blanched
  • 1 kg sliced red onion
  • sesame oil
  • 150 g sesame seeds (or 150 g Santa Maria Wasabi & Sesame spice mix)
  • 450 ml sweet chilli
  • zest of 7 oranges
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the red onion slices in a frying pan with sesame oil for 2 min. Add the Pulled Oats® and fry for a further 2 min.
  2. Add broccolini, sesame seeds (or spice mix), orange zest and sweet chili. Fry for 2-3 min. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Serve with orange slices.
