Broccolini and orange pulled oats®

3-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 240 g Pulled Oats®
  • 350 g broccollini blanched
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds ( or 3 tbs santa maria sesame and wasabi)
  • 75 ml sweet chilli
  • 1 orange zest
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry red onion in frying pan with sesame oil for 2 min. Add the pulled oats and fry for further 2 min.
  2. Add broccolini, sesame seed ( or spice mix) orange zest and sweet chilli.
  3. Fry for 2-3 min. Add pinch of salt.
  4. Serve with orange slices.
