Cauliflower soup with DeliOats

Ingredients

  • 125 g Delioats
  • 1 kg cauliflower, chopped
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tbs sage
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 30 g butter

Instructions

  1. In a pot brown garlic and onion with the butter.
  2. Add rosemary, sage and cauliflower. Fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable stock cube, 1 litre of water and cream. Let simmer until cauliflower is cooked through.
  4. Blend well and add pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Serve with a little truffle oil and chopped parsley.
