Korean Oatballs®

Corean Oatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Nordic Oatballs®
  • 1 onion
  • Sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 dl Sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Fresh mint
  • A handful of mung bean sprouts
  • Rice

Finish with mung bean sprouts and fresh mint.

Instructions

  1. Dice onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté in plenty of sesame oil for 3 – 4 minutes.
  2. Add Oatballs and fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 6 – 7 minutes.
  4. Cook rice according to the packet instructions.
