- 1 bag of Nordic Oatballs®
- 1 onion
- Sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp red curry paste
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 dl Sweet chili sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- Fresh mint
- A handful of mung bean sprouts
Finish with mung bean sprouts and fresh mint.
- Dice onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté in plenty of sesame oil for 3 – 4 minutes.
- Add Oatballs and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 6 – 7 minutes.
- Cook rice according to the packet instructions.
