Deli OatBites Gyros

  • 120 g Deli OatBites Mushroom Truffle
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 g leek, sliced
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of Salt
Saffron Lemon tahini
  • 1 dl tahini
  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 0,2 g saffron
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 dl oat yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50 g red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 pita breads, toasted on pan


  1. Fry everything together in a large pan until the leek and mushrooms are cooked.
  2. In a large bowl combine the saffron and warm water, add in the tahini and whisk together with lemon juice and salt.
  3. Make the tatziki. Mix yoghurt, garlic, cucumber, salt and lemon juice together in a small bowl and season with salt
  4. Cut open the pita breads and put a large spoon of tatziki inside. Fill with fried Deli OatBites mushrooms and leek and garnish with red cabbage and saffron tahini.
