Hot-bites (dog)-bar

Summer eating is all about casual. Place Deli OatBites and all toppings, sauces, and buns in separate bowls to create a Hot Dog Bar!

  • 120 g Deli OatBites Smoke-BBQ or Mushroom-Truffle
  • Hot dog buns
  • Handful of shredded spring cabbage
  • 5-6 sun dried tomatoes
  • 8-10 mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • Mayonnaise (vegan)
Marinated red onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar


  1. Prepare the marinated red onion by making thin rings and putting them in a small container. Add in the vinegar, salt and sugar, and let it sit for 2-3 h.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and onion. Fry on a pan, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put all components into separate dishes and assemble your hot dog according to your preferred taste.

Add more toppings & sauces if you like – enjoy!
