Summer eating is all about casual. Place Deli OatBites and all toppings, sauces, and buns in separate bowls to create a Hot Dog Bar!

- 120 g Deli OatBites Smoke-BBQ or Mushroom-Truffle
- Hot dog buns
- Handful of shredded spring cabbage
- 5-6 sun dried tomatoes
- 8-10 mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Salt & pepper
- Mayonnaise (vegan)
Marinated red onion
- 1 red onion
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- Prepare the marinated red onion by making thin rings and putting them in a small container. Add in the vinegar, salt and sugar, and let it sit for 2-3 h.
- Slice the mushrooms and onion. Fry on a pan, season with salt and pepper.
- Put all components into separate dishes and assemble your hot dog according to your preferred taste.
Add more toppings & sauces if you like – enjoy!
