Loaded hummus with Deli OatBites

Loaded hummus can be customized in multiple ways! This one is loaded with toppings like Deli OatBites, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, radishes, olives & candy cane beets.

  • 120 g Deli OatBites Smoke-BBQ or Chili-Ginger
  • 250-275 g hummus
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 radishes
  • 5 olives
  • 1 candy cane beet
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Slice and dice the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
  2. Spread hummus on a platter or a large plate, add on the vegetables starting from bigger sized to smaller sized on top.
  3. Sprinkle Deli OatBites on top and garnish with edible flowers/herbs. Drizzle on some olive oil.

Enjoy with bread!
