Loaded hummus with Deli OatBites
Loaded hummus can be customized in multiple ways! This one is loaded with toppings like Deli OatBites, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, radishes, olives & candy cane beets.

- 120 g Deli OatBites Smoke-BBQ or Chili-Ginger
- 250-275 g hummus
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 radishes
- 5 olives
- 1 candy cane beet
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Slice and dice the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
- Spread hummus on a platter or a large plate, add on the vegetables starting from bigger sized to smaller sized on top.
- Sprinkle Deli OatBites on top and garnish with edible flowers/herbs. Drizzle on some olive oil.
