Deli Oats™ salad

3-4 servings

Salaatti Delikaurasta


  • 1 pack (120 g) Deli Oats™ Chili-Ginger
  • Romaine salad and ruccola
  • 2 Tomatoes cut
  • Cucumber slices
  • Red onion thinly sliced
  • Thinly sliced carrots
  • *1-2 dl of quinoa or couscous if looking for heavier meal
  • Sugar snaps
  • Dressing of your choice or
  • 3 tbs Sesame oil (or normal oil)
  • 3 tbs Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 1 tbs grated ginger
  • 3 tbs Soy sauce
  • 2 tbs Sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste


  1. You can eat the Deli Oats cold or heated. Heat the Deli Oats in a pan with oil for 2 min.
  2. Make salad. Mix dressing ingredients together and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the Deli Oats on top of the salad, and drizzle dressing over all.
