Deli Oats™ tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Deli Oats™ Chili-Ginger
  • 2 tbs Smokey BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Sliced avocadoes
  • 1 Red pepper diced
  • 1 lime Juice
  • 6-8 Taco shells/rounds
  • 1/2 Red onion diced
  • 3 Tomatoes diced
  • Coriander & mint
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the Deli Oats on a pan for 2 min with oil and BBQ sauce.
  2. Warm up the taco shells.
  3. Mix up the diced vegetables, herbs & lime juice to make salsa, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fill the tacos with salsa and Deli Oats. Top with avocados & lime squeese.
