Baked sweet potatoes with Deli OatBites

  • 1.5 kg Deli OatBites Smoke-BBQ
  • 20 sweet potatoes
  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 200 ml dark soya sauce
  • 4 tbs chopped rosemary
  • 20 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 500 g mayo
  • 600 g creme fraiche
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat oven to 200°C. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Lightly oil and salt. Bake in the oven for 30-40 min. Until cooked all the way through.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry garlic, rosemary and Deli OatBites for 4-5 min. Take off heat and mix together with the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve on top of baked sweet potatoes.
