Deli Oats™ Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1 bag Deli Oats™ Chili-Ginger
- 60 ml soya sauce
- 30 ml Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sirracha
- 30 ml oil
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 100 g radishes, cut
- 100 g sugar snaps
- 100 g baby corn
- 2 pak choi chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tbs ginger chopped
- 400 g brown rice
- 3 tbs spring onion chopped
- 1 handfull corriander, chopped
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice according to directions.
- In a frying pan heat oil and add garlic and ginger and let brown for 1 min.
- Add all vegetables into the pan and fry for 2-3 min.
- Add Deli Oats, sweet chilli sauce, sirracha and soya sauce and fry for 1 min.
- Add cooked rice and sesame seeds. Fry for 2-3 min.
- Serve with fresh coriander and spring onions.
