Deli OatBites pistachio pasta
This pasta becomes a gourmet dish with a sip of truffle oil!

- 400 g tagliatelle
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 120 g Deli OatBites Chili-Ginger
- 100 g pistachios
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 1 dl fresh mint
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 dl lemon juice
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 dl grated parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper
- Peel the pistachios and combine all other ingredients except Deli OatBites. Mix with a blender to a smooth pesto.
- Add Deli OatBites to the pesto.
- Cook pasta according to the instructions of its packaging. Combine pasta with the pesto.
- Serve with freshly grated parmesan and garnish with mint.
