Game-changing Pulled Oats® wok

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Pulled Oats® Original
  • 2-3 portions noodles
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 75 g sprouts (washed)
  • coriander
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 lime
  • 75 g sugar snaps
  • 1 red chilli

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the ginger and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Stir from time to time. Add in Pulled Oats and teriyaki sauce and fry for 2-3 minutes, keep stirring.
  3. Add the vegetables and fry for another 3 minutes. Stir in the cooked noodles, give a quick mix and serve straight away.
  4. Top with beansprouts, coriander, sesame seeds and lime wedge. Add the sliced chillies for a spicy kick.
