Game-changing Pulled Oats® wok

Ingredients
- 1 pack Pulled Oats® Original
- 2-3 portions noodles
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 250 g broccoli
- 50 ml teriyaki sauce
- 75 g sprouts (washed)
- coriander
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 lime
- 75 g sugar snaps
- 1 red chilli
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the pack.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the ginger and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Stir from time to time. Add in Pulled Oats and teriyaki sauce and fry for 2-3 minutes, keep stirring.
- Add the vegetables and fry for another 3 minutes. Stir in the cooked noodles, give a quick mix and serve straight away.
- Top with beansprouts, coriander, sesame seeds and lime wedge. Add the sliced chillies for a spicy kick.
