Garden toast With Pulled Oats®
Ready in no time, this bruschetta-style garden toast with strawberries is an easy summer snack or appetizer.

- 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude or Tomato
- 1 small bread (ciabatta)
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 300 g strawberry
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey or suryp
- 5 big leavves of sage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Dice the tomatoes and strawberries. Put in a bowl and add in the lemon juice, salt, olive oil, honey, and finely chopped sage leaves.
- Fry the Pulled Oats® with some oil for about 5 minutes and season with salt. Mix the Pulled Oats® with the salsa.
- Slice the bread and toast/grill until golden brown. Put the salsa mix on top of the toasted bread, and enjoy!
