Quiche is an all-time favourite. This “party version” gourmet quiche includes plenty of cheese and aromatic flavours.

  • 100 g butter
  • 2 dl wheat flour
  • 2 dl grated cheese
  • ½ dl cold water
  • 240 g of Pulled Oats® Tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 g fresh baby spinach
  • 1 dl sun-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 dl mascarpone cheese
  • 2 dl grated mozzarella
  • cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix the soft butter, grated cheese, water and wheat flour together. Press into a pie plate (24 cm diameter), crimping the top edges if desired. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Sauté the finely chopped garlic and onion in a pan with oil until tender. Add the spinach and cook until the excess moisture has evaporated. Spread on the bottom of the pie crust and sprinkle on top the chopped sundried tomatoes, Pulled Oats® and basil.
  4. Whisk the eggs, mascarpone, grated cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the top of the pie. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the centre is completely set. Let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with fresh salad.
