Greek Pulled Oats® Pitaburger

Fresh Pitaburgers are fast and easy to make. Slip the fresh vegetables and the juicy Pan Fried Patty in the pita bread and enjoy!

  • 1 pack Pulled Oats® Hamburger
  • 4 pita breads
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 g Kalamata olives
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ cucumber
  • 100 g spinach
Yoghurt Dressing
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • 100 g yoghurt
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil


  1. Chop tomato, bell pepper, red onion, and cucumber. Mix with olives and spinach. Crumble feta cheese on top. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Warm up the patties on a pan or a microwave oven.
  3. Make the yoghurt dressing. Mix in the shredded mint and squeeze in the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Warm up the pita breads and fill with lettuce, the patty, and a spoonful of dressing.
