Green smoothie with Pulled Oats®

This easy and tasty green smoothie with a protein boost will charm everyone! Add more ginger if you like!

  • 1/2 dl Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 4 dl apple juice
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 100 g frozen spinach
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • handful of fresh mint


  1. Fry Pulled Oats® over medium heat on a pan. Let it cool.
  2. Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Enjoy!
