Gyros sandwich
Ingredients
- 1,5 kg Pulled Oats® Nude
- 25 flatbreads
- 1,3 kg crumbled feta
- 1 kg Kalamata olives
- 1,5 kg sliced cucumber
- 1,2 kg cherry tomatoes
- 1 kg tzatziki
- 2 kg chopped romaine salad
- 0,5 kg sliced radishes
- oil
- 3 tbsp Santa Maria provincial herbs
Instructions
Preparations:
- Mix cut tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and Kalamata olives with olive oil and pepper.
- Roast Pulled Oats with the provincial herb mix and oil for 7-8 min in oven at 180 °C.
- Grill flatbreads.
Serving:
- On grilled flatbreads build gyros with salad, salad mix, crumbled feta, Pulled Oats, and top with tzatziki and fresh mint. Enjoy.
