Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 25 flatbreads
  • 1,3 kg crumbled feta
  • 1 kg Kalamata olives
  • 1,5 kg sliced cucumber
  • 1,2 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 1 kg tzatziki
  • 2 kg chopped romaine salad
  • 0,5 kg sliced radishes
  • oil
  • 3 tbsp Santa Maria provincial herbs

Instructions

Preparations:
  1. Mix cut tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and Kalamata olives with olive oil and pepper.
  2. Roast Pulled Oats with the provincial herb mix and oil for 7-8 min in oven at 180 °C.
  3. Grill flatbreads.
Serving:
  1. On grilled flatbreads build gyros with salad, salad mix, crumbled feta, Pulled Oats, and top with tzatziki and fresh mint. Enjoy.
