These gyros-inspired sandwiches combine Pulled Oats® Nude with the classic ingredients of Greek cuisine: fresh vegetables, delicious Kalamata olives and lots of savoury feta cheese. Top it up with some tzatziki and fresh mint and you have the perfect vegetarian sandwich that is healthy yet rich in taste.
- 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude
- 4 flatbreads
- 200 g crumbled feta
- 150 g Kalamata olives
- 1 small sliced cucumber
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g tzatziki
- ½ head chopped romaine salad
- 4 sliced radishes
- 2 tbsp Santa Maria provincial herbs
- Mix cut tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and Kalamata olives with olive oil and pepper.
- Fry Pulled oats with provincial herb mix and oil for 2-3 min.
- Grill flatbread.
- On grilled flatbread build Gyros with salad, salad mix, crumbled feta, pulled oats, and top with tzatziki and fresh mint. Enjoy.
