Ingredients

  • 35 eggs
  • 1,5 kg Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 60 small corn tacos
  • 3,4 kg mushed black beans
  • 1 kg chunky salsa
  • 2 kg chopped avocado
  • 500 g sliced radish
  • 1 kg fresh pico de gallo
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat tortillas in an oven.
  2. Heat the refried beans in a pot.
  3. While it is heating roast the Pulled Oats with a bit of oil and salt for 8 min at 180 °C.
  4. While roasting fry the eggs.
Serve:
  1. Spread the mushed beans on the tortillas.
  2. Top with Pulled Oats, salsa, avocado and pico de gallo.
  3. Finish with egg and radishes. Serve hot.
