Macaroni Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Pulled Oats® Monday or Nude
  • 400 g macaroni
  • 50 g butter (vegan)
  • 330 ml cream (vegan)
  • (2 eggs)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 veg stock cube
  • 150 g grated cheese (vegan)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaronis.
  2. Chop onion. In pan gently melt butter. Add onion and thyme and fry until golden. Add Pulled Oats®, nutmeg and black pepper. Fry for 1-2 min.
  3. Add cream and stock cube. Take off heat and add macaroni. Mix well.
  4. Mix in eggs and ½ of cheese.
  5. Place mixture in casserole and top with cheese.
  6. Cook in oven at 175C for 30-40 min
