Mediterranean Burger
Mediterranean tastes give variation to an ordinary burger recipe. Instead of ketchup try a yogurt based sauce and replace the burger cheese with feta cheese.

Ingredients
- 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude
- Olive oil
- 1 egg (optional w/o add ½ dl water and 1 tbsp chia seeds)
- 1 pack dry onion soup
- 100 g bread crumbs
- 1 dl barbecue sauce
- 200 g feta (vegan)
- 4 burger buns
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Crispy lettuce leaves
- 1 dl Greek yoghurt (vegan)
- ½ dl mayonnaise (vegan)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cucumber
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl mix Pulled Oats®, egg, dry onion soup, bread crumbs, bbq-sauce and olive oil. Add crumbled feta and mix well with your hands until it is like a dough.
- Make 4 paddies. Fry for 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
- Dice cucumber and fresh mint. Mix with yoghurt, mayonnaise, lime juice and salt.
- Dice red onion, tomatoes and lettuce leaves. In pan or oven warm up burger buns.
- Build the burger. Serve with salad or fries.
