Mushroom pasta with Deli Oats™

2-3 people

Ingredients

  • 120 g Deli Oats™ Mushroom-Truffle
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms
  • 2 dl cream
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 dl grated parmesan
  • 1/2 dl chopped fresh parsley
  • (1.5 dl dry white wine)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic, and slice the mushrooms. Saute mushrooms and onions in a pan in oil until the water has evaporated.
  3. Add wine here if desired. Continue frying until the wine has evaporated.
  4. Add cream, salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add Deli Oats™ and parsley.
  5. Mix the sauce and pasta together. Finish the portions with grated parmesan and parsley!
