Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Pulled Oats® Ginger or Nude
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • ½ carrot
  • 1 paprika
  • 100 g baby corn
  • 150 g bok choy
  • 100 g sugar snaps
  • 150 ml sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 lime juice
  • 150 ml Teriyaki sauce
  • 150 ml Sweet chili sauce
  • 250 g egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cube garlic clove, onion and ginger. Fry with sesame oil until golden.
  2. Slice carrot, paprika and half baby corns. Add carrot, paprika, baby corn, sugar snaps and sesame seeds into frying pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Pulled Oats®, teriyaki sauce and sweet chili sauce. Fry another 2 minutes.
  4. Add egg noodles, bok choy and lime juice. Mix all well.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley & coriander.
