Nordic Oatball® stew with herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Nordic Oatballs® Tomato
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 400 g crushed tomatoes with herbs
  • 100 g parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Dice and sauté the garlic on a frying pan in plenty of oil.
  2. Add sugar, chopped parsley, chili flakes, the vegetable stock cube, and crushed tomatoes.
  3. Mix Oatballs and sauce in an oven pan. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
  4. Bake in 200°C for 10 minutes.
