Nordic Oatball® stew with herbs

- 1 bag Nordic Oatballs® Tomato
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 400 g crushed tomatoes with herbs
- 100 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- Dice and sauté the garlic on a frying pan in plenty of oil.
- Add sugar, chopped parsley, chili flakes, the vegetable stock cube, and crushed tomatoes.
- Mix Oatballs and sauce in an oven pan. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
- Bake in 200°C for 10 minutes.
