Nordic Oatballs® Stew
This oven baked stew invites the whole family for a feast.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Nordic Oatballs®
- Pasta
- 1 onion
- 2–4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Dice and sauté garlic and onion.
- Add oregano, basil and Nordic Oatballs. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, sugar, balsamic vinegar and paprika powder.
- Pour into a casserole dish.
- Optional: tear the mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.
