Nordic Oatballs® Stew

This oven baked stew invites the whole family for a feast.

Nordic Oatballs Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Nordic Oatballs®
  • Pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2–4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 400 g Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Serve with your favourite pasta.

Instructions

  1. Dice and sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add oregano, basil and Nordic Oatballs. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, sugar, balsamic vinegar and paprika powder.
  4. Pour into a casserole dish.
  5. Optional: tear the mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.
