Oat & chocolate chip cookies


  • 160 g Gold&Green® Protein Granules (roughly blended)
  • 160 g water
  • 200 g white sugar
  • 320 g dark sugar
  • 460 g butter
  • 8 g salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 620 g flour
  • 4 g baking soda
  • 360 g dark chocolate chips
  • 360 g chocolate chips


  1. Start by soaking the granules with the water for 5 mintues, meanwhile melt the butter and transfer to a bowl then add the sugars, salt, eggs and whisk into a smooth paste. Shift together the flour and baking soda into the sugar mix then fold gently a couple times until flour in incorporated, then add the soaked granules and chocolate chips, chill the dough before cooking.
  2. Roll the dough into 80g balls, flatten them down a little bit and then bake at 180c for 10-12 minutes.
