Planet loving Pulled Oats® tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Pulled Oats® + Tex Mex spice sauce
  • 6-9 small tacos
  • Lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 avocados
  • 200 ml oat fraîche
  • Salsa
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Pan fry Pulled Oats with the Tex Mex spice sauce until it's crispy.
  2. Dice tomatoes, bell peppers and red onion. Slice the avocado and tear the lettuce.
  3. Heat the taco shells or tortilla wraps.
  4. Fill with Pulled Oats and sides. Finish with freshly squeezed lime juice and salsa.
