Pulled Oats® kale slider for professionals

  • 1,5 kg Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 500 ml Santa Maria Chipotle BBQ sauce
  • 30 buns
  • 500 g kale leaves
  • 5 thinly sliced red onions
  • 30 slices of strong cheddar cheese
  • 4 kg chips


  1. Fry the Pulled Oats with the BBQ sauce. Toast buns.
  2. Preheat oven to 230 °C.
  3. Place the bottoms of the buns inside an oven tray. Next place chopped kale, followed by Pulled Oats, red onion and cheese.
  4. Bake in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
  5. Serve with the tops and chips.
