Pulled Oats® kale slider
- 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude
- 75 ml Santa Maria Chiplote BBQ sauce
- 4-6 buns
- 60 g kale leaves
- 1 thinly sliced red onion
- 4-6 slices of strong cheddar cheese
- 4 portions chips
- Fry Pulled oats with Sysco BBQ sauce. Toast buns.
- Pre heat oven to 450F.
- In an oven tray place the bottoms of the buns. Next place chopped kale, followed by pulled oats, red onion and cheese.
- Bake in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Serve with top and chips.
