Pulled Oats® kale slider

3-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 75 ml Santa Maria Chiplote BBQ sauce
  • 4-6 buns
  • 60 g kale leaves
  • 1 thinly sliced red onion
  • 4-6 slices of strong cheddar cheese
  • 4 portions chips

Instructions

  1. Fry Pulled oats with Sysco BBQ sauce. Toast buns.
  2. Pre heat oven to 450F.
  3. In an oven tray place the bottoms of the buns. Next place chopped kale, followed by pulled oats, red onion and cheese.
  4. Bake in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
  5. Serve with top and chips.
