Pulled Oats® kale slider

3-4 servings


  • 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 75 ml Chipotle BBQ sauce
  • 4-6 buns
  • 60 g kale leaves
  • 1 thinly sliced red onion
  • 4-6 slices of strong cheddar cheese
  • 4 portions of chips


  1. Fry Pulled oats with BBQ sauce. Toast buns.
  2. Pre heat oven to 450F.
  3. In an oven tray place the bottoms of the buns. Next place chopped kale, followed by pulled oats, red onion and cheese.
  4. Bake in oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
  5. Serve with bun top and chips.
