Pulled Oats® Paté

  • 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp balsamic cream
  • 1 dl Vin Santo or Marsala
  • 50 g room temperature butter
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • A star anise


  1. Sauté the chopped onions and carrot in oil for a few minutes. Add Pulled Oats® and stir for a few more minutes.
  2. Add wine, a star anise and cinnamon stick. Stir well and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes on low heat.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and star anise and mix the mixture with a blender until you get a slightly chunky texture.
  4. Add the room-temperature butter, balsamic creme and parsley and blend into a smooth paté.

Serve on toast, bread or whatever

you like.
