Pulled Oats® Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients
- 20x30 cm pan
- 240 g Pulled Oats® Nude or Tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 170 g tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 3 tbsp HP sauce
- 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
- Salt & black pepper
- A star anise
- 1 medium-size cauliflower
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 dl crème fraîche
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 30 g butter
- Freshly grated parmesan
- Fresh thyme
Instructions
- Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in oil.
- Add Pulled Oats®, tomato puree, sauces and star anise. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove the star anise.
- Cook the cauliflower in a small amount of lightly salted water for 15 minutes, puree with a hand blender and add the crème fraîche, nutmeg and butter.
- Place Pulled Oats® sauce in a pan and pour over a flat layer of cauliflower puree and grated parmesan to taste.
- Bake in a 180 ° C oven for 45 minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme.
