Pulled oats® Skagen

Ingredients

  • 250 g Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 250 g (vegan) mayonnaise
  • 400 g crème fraiche or 300 g oat-based fraiche
  • 2 tbs horseradish paste
  • ½ tsp Santa Maria white pepper
  • 1 zest and juice of a lime
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 1 bunch chopped dill
  • 200 g sliced pickled cucumber
  • Santa Maria ground nutmeg
  • Santa Maria salt
  • Saaristolaisleipä aka Archipelago bread (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Chop Pulled Oats® into smaller pieces. Fry the Pulled Oats® in a pan for 5-6 min and let cool.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and allow to season for at least 20 minutes in a cool place.
  3. Spoon the filling in top of sliced traditional archipelago bread. Garnish with dill.
