Pulled Oats® Tikka Masala

Kermainen tikka masala

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Nordic Oatballs® Tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 400 g Crushed tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Tikka Masala spice paste
  • Rice
  • Fresh cilantro
  • chili

Serve with fresh cilantro and chili.

Instructions

  1. Dice onion, garlic, and ginger. Slice pepper. Sauté in butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add Nordic Oatballs, crushed tomatoes, tikka masala paste, and coconut milk. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Cook rice according to the packet instructions.
