Pulled Oats® Tikka Masala

- 1 bag of Nordic Oatballs® Tomato
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 1 bell pepper
- 50 g butter
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 4 tbsp Tikka Masala spice paste
- Fresh cilantro
Serve with fresh cilantro and chili.
- Dice onion, garlic, and ginger. Slice pepper. Sauté in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add Nordic Oatballs, crushed tomatoes, tikka masala paste, and coconut milk. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Cook rice according to the packet instructions.
