Pulled Oats® Tomato Loaf

Ingredients

  • 25 x 10 cm tin
  • 480 g Pulled Oats® Tomato
  • 2 dl Greek style yogurt
  • 2 egss (vegan version: 2 dl sweet potato mash + 3 tbsp corn flour)
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 90 g sun kissed tomatoes - 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pagkage French onion recipe mix 
  • Handful of fresh basil
Sauce
  • 2,5 dl thick cream
  • 1 tbsp vegetarian fond
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix into a smooth mash in a blender.
  2. Place the mixture into a tin. Cook in a 175°C oven for one hour. Garnish with rosemary branches.
  3. Boil the sauce ingredients together. Taste and season if necessary.

Serve the Pulled Oats® loaf with sauce and garnish with fresh rosemary.
